news4.sucknews.com is still slow

I e-mailed you about this before.  news4.sucknews.com is quite slow.  In fact, 
it is now even slower than the last time I complained.  The average speed has 
gone down to 80 bytes/sec.  I'm pretty certain that the problem is at your 
end.  When I try "telnet news4.sucknews.com 119", while it takes a couple of 
seconds to get the "Connected to" message, it takes at least 20 seconds before 
the "200 Welcome to Corp-news" message comes up.

Recall that I am not able to run "traceroute", and feel it wouldn't help 
anyway given the above results.

Unless the throughput improves, I am going to cancel my service.
