changing contact information for my domain at eu.org

Hi.  I've been trying to change the contact information for my domain at
eu.org for the last month and a half.  Every 2 weeks, I re-submit my
request at http://www.eu.org/form_mc.html in case the request was lost.  I
do get the acknowledgement e-mail and reply to it (with the code in the
subject line) to finalize the submission; here is the last response I got:

But, I never received a notification that my request has been processed
and the change has not been made.

How long should I wait for my contact information for my domain to be
changed?
