Yes.  I actually didn't go to a masseuse -- it healed itself over a
period.

But who knows what the future holds?

Sounds like it may be the latter.  My insurance was St. Paul Insurance.
They paid for my doctor visit in Boston, but I worry about future
treatment (even 'though my settlement included future care related to this
injury).
