Yes. But, it's a great political issue. If the Republicans dare to
oppose it, they're toast in the Fall. If the President fails to sign
it, he'll likely be toast in the Fall.

Yes. About 1 out of every 16 companies I see have their IT in India or
Hong Kong.

I heard about the article, but didn't read it. It is a bit of a
problem, but I think it will be a bigger political problem. I predict a
slew of anti-outsourcing legislation for the next 2 years. But,
hopefully, they'll provide training moneys or money for the schools,
which is really what should happen.
