Yes.

Not yet.  And, I am dubious about on-line networking in general.  But, it can't
hurt.

When I pasted in all my known e-mail addresses, apparently a number of
headhunters are members.  There are also seem to be some contacts in some
companies.  But, I only got about 30 hits out of the 475 e-mail addresses I
submitted.  This reinforces my belief that this will not be terribly helpful in
the long run.
