Either the museum or a vid would be good for me.  Presently, I'll have free
Tuesday through Friday.  But, of course, that could change at a moment's
notice.

Good for you!  You might consider posting your resume anonymously on craigslist
(erase name, address, and current company).  That seems to get the most
response of all the so-called job boards.

Have you tried http://transit.511.org ?  It optimizes public transit trips. 
You could pre-plan all possible trips to every school you might sub at so you
could take the most optimal.  (You can tell I'm a geek. :-)

Elaine and I have been exchanged a few e-mails.  She is "between jobs".  She
just got off a temp assignment and is desperating seeking either another one or
a permanent position.  She lost her health insurance, too.  43 million of us
don't have it.  And yet the Republicans stay in power.  Will wonders never
cease?
