Bumfuk, Egypt.... well, my friend has Verizon wireless palm. He says that he can surf the net, but in other countries, he has to pay international rates, which can be quite high. So, really, I think it depends on how much you're willing to pay. Verizon has the most coverage (I believe), but I think you must be locked into a contract. I'm not sure how much it is, but $70/month seems to pop into my head. I've actually been thinking about doing something similar myself, but not on an international level -- just the Bay Area. I was thinking of signing up with Earthlink Wireless and buying a Sharp SL-5500 palmtop and just slipping in the PCMCIA card. I'm not sure what the coverage for Earthlink is, but Earthlink is cheaper than Verizon. > TTYL, > Gail
