The writing in this article is evidence of the poor knowledge of unions and the history of the union movement.  Why in the world would the reporter ever talk to a manager (Gregg LeBlanc at OSIsoft) about unions?  Management always has been and always will be against unions of any kind.  The reporter would have done better to talk with a worker at OSIsoft under terms of anonymity to get an honest opinion of working conditions and interest in unions.
