I tried out your web site and was unable to rent anything.  I noticed that my credit card was charged, but I am unable to access anything.  I am running IE 6.0 and turned off all security features (made facets.org a trusted site) and it still does not work.  I have *never* had such problems with a web site.

Please cancel my account.  I would also like a refund of the $24 since I am not able to rent anything.

I am going to http://www.netflix.com instead.
