This is true.

But, it's also all irrational.  Did you listen to that This American Life
(http://www.thislife.org) about undecided voters?  It's really amazing how
unimportant facts are.

Perhaps it's for the better.  Nader said that things have to get much
worse before they get better.  If there's another terrorist attack and the
U.S. invades Iran, there'll be a draft.  And then, if Roe v. Wade gets
overturned, perhaps young people will actually begin voting for their own
interest.

Too bad that so many lives would have to be lost in such a process...
