Please cancel my account.  I would also like a refund of the $24 since I am not able to rent anything.

I tried out your web site and was unable to rent anything.  My credit card was charged and, due to web site problems, I never rented anything.  I am running IE 6.0 and turned off all security features (made facets.org a trusted site) and it still did not work, but I did receive the catalog in mail.
