I'm not running a wireless network any more because (1) I was trying to cut down on the amount typing I do on my laptop due to my hands and (2) didn't want to deal with the security issues. > We need 3 at work if > they'll work the way Linksys says and I need one at home for my DVR > (digital video recorder). They're $80 in Compusa. > D That's surprising that they're so expensive. I guess a lot of people must be having this particular problem. I did notice that the label on the unit says that it works with 802.11g. Because 802.11g is higher speed, that may explain the higher cost. Anyway, I hope it works. I didn't hear any rattling, so that's a good sign :-).
