Hey, Robert - I'm throwing one. Paola's also invited (don't know her plans, though).
It's for a week from Saturday, Jan 22 @7PM. Here's the deal:
A few years ago, I said I would have a party when my living room was
done. OK, it's done. Pretty much. This is not a company party; be
prepared to encounter some of my flamboyant and/or darkly strange
friends. Most will pass for normal-enough humans, though.
I will provide food and drink, enough to call dinner for virtually all
types of eaters (sorry, no cannibals), if you're hungry. No work for
you, just come. Dancin' fools are the most welcome, but wallflowers are
also warmly received.
I'm also welcoming, to a lifelong love relationship, my gorgeous,
recently moved-in 17-year-old: a concert grand (big) piano, a.k.a.
"baby" or "your highness."
Bring a friend or 2 and please let me know if you're planning to come.
I'll reply with directions.
