Thank you for contacting us today regarding the delivery method of your proxies.

When a company issues corporate correspondence, there are several options available regarding delivery.  Correspondence may be delivered by mail, e-mail, or not at all.  

Typically, Ameritrade accounts are setup to receive this information by mail to the address of record.  The materials are delivered at the company?s direction, using a third party service chosen and paid for by the company.

You can change the method of delivery for your account, to have the information delivered electronically when available.  

To choose this option, please visit http://www.icsdelivery.com .  Click on ?A? in the upper right corner, and then click on ?Ameritrade?.  You will need to read and accept the terms and conditions in order to have your information sent electronically.  

Not all information can be sent by e-mail.  In the event that the company is not making an electronic distribution, the materials will be mailed to you using the mail service of the company?s choosing.

Please understand changing the method of delivery, will change the way you receive all corporate communication, including Prospectuses, Annual Reports, Quarterly Reports, reorganization offers (mandatory and voluntary), optional dividends, and any other correspondence that is typically sent directly to shareholders.

This will not change the way you receive your statements and confirmations generated by Ameritrade.
