Return Policy

If you receive an item different than what was described, or that is clearly 
not in a new condition, please contact us via e-mail and will exchange it. We 
only exchange the item for the same one, if it becomes necessary, but no 
exchanges for a different item. 

All returns must be authorized by management. Call for authorization number 
before shipping back any merchandise. Any merchandise returned without 
authorization will be refused. We have the right to refuse any package for 
return or replacement. All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of 
package.

If packaged is replaced and it is received again damaged, we will have to do a 
formal investigation via the shipper which usually takes about 5 to 10 business 
days.
