COMMON QUESTIONS:

Q: How do I make a return? 

A: Please inspect your merchandise before returning. Returns due to customer 
error as all returns, are subject to a 15% restocking fee within 30 days of 
purchase and 30-90 days incurs a 25% restocking fee, including exchanges. No 
returns after 90 days. 
All claims for shortages, damages, etc. should be made within 72 hours of 
receipt of merchandise. No items will be accepted after 30 days from the date 
of 
delivery. If the item is not what you ordered, or is damaged, we will give you 
a 
complete refund including the freight. To make any exchange or receive credit 
for 
a purchase you MUST call for an (RA#) Return Authorization Number on all 
orders.

Q: What is your exchange policy?

A: Exchanges can be made for the same item that was ordered (wrong size,
color, etc.) within 30 days of receipt of the purchase. When we receive the
item the new item will be sent. Customer is responsible for the actual cost
of shipping which differs from the shipping costs of new orders. The
customer is responsible to return the items in the same condition as
shipped. Please include a copy of the invoice and a brief note of
explanation including the part number of the item you wish to receive. Make
