Actually, I did some research on the 'net yesterday and found out that
noncompete agreements are unenforceable in Ca. And this is what would
cover work done on one's own time. (Nondisclosure agreements are enforceable,
but I wasn't planning on sharing company secrets in my code. 'Though, perhaps,
that could be an issue.)
