 Thanks for your email.

 The charge is $25 an hour. So I can help you, and I can move small/medium 
 pieces myself (I am about 6'", 275 pounds).

 If you have large pieces of furniture and would prefer not to move anything 
 yourself (you could direct us), I could bring another mover, and we could move 
 things in 2 hours (2 men, 2 hours each, still 4 hours).
