Hi Robert

This is a difficult one.

Fremont/Newark is categorized as being in the East Bay sometimes
(craigslist) and South Bay at other times (most weather forecasts, news
agencies and some government agencies).

We're currently reviewing a lot of the data in the guide, so this may
change.
