It's IE6 on Win98.
I forgot all the customizations I've made since owning this machine, but
my fonts seem bigger than most. You might try changing the display
resolution to be lower and setting large fonts. Also, try setting large
fonts in IE6 ('though mine happen to be set to "Medium").
