Actually, I seem to be allergic to magnesium citrate and, perhaps, magnesium in general. It seems to inflame my sinuses, as does stevia and Equal (aspertame). (Interestingly, saccharin and sucralose are fine, as are flax, chromium, and vitamin B complex. Zinc seems to make my wrist worse.) My last test will be kelp. My feeling is that it will be OK.
