Have you heard of Jeff Schmidt's book "Disciplined Minds: A Critical Look
at Salaried Professionals and the Soul-Battering System that Shapes their
Lives".  When you were on the radio on KALW San Francisco, the comments
you made about "testing" candidates whether they fit into a culture
reminded me of this book.  (My wife and I have been listening to it online
at http://www.radio4.net on the Unwelcome Guests show from last year.  The
host read from the entire book over a number of weeks.)

Anyway, I hope your book makes an impact on policy.  It takes a while for
these things to sink in, 'tho.
