  I think that the hip pain is most likely from the bad hip.  If it is
  from the kidney stone, it would be sharp pain in the flank. So he
  probably needs an operation on the hip. It is always better to have a
  hard head, so the operation to replace the skull is a good idea, but the
  neurosurgeon is the one to give the best advice. We are having a good
  time.
