repair of my old bookpc

I bought a BookPC from you a long time ago.  It is finally starting to die.  It seems like one of the fans died and the power supply fan is also dead.  The CPU fan is also loud.  There may also be another problem with the power supply (overheating?) since the BookPC now dies randomly.

1) Do you offer repair services via mail?  (I live in where-I-live.)

2) How much is it?

3) Do you need the hard drive?  (I'm using it in another one of my old computers which is substituting for it.)
