Also, https://help.ubuntu.com/community/BurningIsoHowto has a way to do it
using open source software.
http://ellisweb.net/2007/03/trying-ubuntu-burning-isos uses ISO Recorder
(I've used this in the past for creating Knoppix bootable CDs).
