You could probably do some podcasts.  You should try a couple and see if
they work.  (Noelle and I used to listen to some stuff via dial-up when we
were in Boston and it worked OK, surprisingly.)

I recommend using Juice for podcasts.  You can schedule the downloads
(unlike in iTunes) so they occur in the middle of the night.
