Hi All,

Well, quite a few people agreed that 4pm on Sunday, June 17 works as a cohousing potluck date, so let's plan on that. In terms of location, several were suggested. Despite the appeal of the music event in Los Gatos, some of us who will be coming on bikes with children were concerned that Los Gatos is too far for us to bike with our kids. So, in the interest of accessibility, let's have at least the first (June 17) potluck at Arena Green park across Autumn Street from the HP Pavilion. In addition to being centrally located, it is right across Santa Clara Street from the main where-I-live train station, making it easily accessible by Caltrain, light rail, or even Amtrak. People with kids may want to bring some money ($1 per ride) to ride the carousel, which is open til 5pm. There are also excellent play/climbing structures. Ed has volunteered to bring veggie burgers to grill, and I'll bring buns & condiments. Please bring whatever drink, grillable, or side dish you would like. I believe drinks need to be non-alcoholic due to being in a park.

I hope this time and place work for most people. Perhaps we can consider alternative places and times in the future if it seems they would work better.

I look forward to seeing those of you I know and meeting those of you I don't know yet.
