Re: Milano birkenstock repair

I received my Birkenstocks.  This is for order #6.82201.11 .

1) I thought I was going to get heels on these and I do not see them.
   Did I misunderstand?
2) The total for the repair was $55.  For some reason, I had heard $36 +
   tax.  Again, did I misunderstand?
