That's weird.  Why would you get the notice of conversion but not the bill
itself?

Actually, the all-credit-reports-at-once is bullshit.  You should order
from each of the credit agencies every 4 months.  You can start out with
any of them -- Equifax, Experian, or Transunion.  See
