  I just took the action by computer required. Thanks for sending this. I 
totally agree with it and have for a long time. I now have my email working 
as of yesterday afternoon with our new hard drive installed. We mailed my 
brother, Dana, who has his own computer business, the broken hard drive to 
see if he could retrieve any of our lost data on it. The Nerds guy could 
not, but he was able to retrieve some data from the back up disc Don had two 
years ago. We are glad to be back to our normal lives now after the 
excitement of the fire and entertaining the Japanese couple for a week with 
whom we stayed when we were in Japan. It was fun playing tourist for the 
whole week, but now it's time to get back to job hunting, etc.
