I couldn't tell you.  I haven't got any emails, so I can only assume that
it's failing.

I disagree.  I think the initiative system is good because blame can then
only be placed upon the people themselves -- even despite the Prop 13
disaster.

Well,  is completely walkable.  Staying mid-University Ave. could
be ideal so we could take the 51 bus to the Coop thingy, and walk to
Kathryn's (or whereever) on Sunday.
