I got an interoffice envelope from the billing office. The biller didn't like that the paper we use has hole punches and so some of the holes are where parts of code numbers are and she can't read it. Idiot. Can't she look it up on the electronic system? Why does it have to continue to be paper-based? Why can't she print it up herself if she wants something on paper? Why can't someone reconfigure the printer settings so the holes don't cover the codes? We pointed this out months ago. The manager said next time I should write in the codes further on the right. This is all so lame I can't stand it.
