Re: The iTunes Store support team has received your message



It looks like the files were downloaded to 

 Music/iTunes/iTunes Music/Downloads

but the files were never imported into iTunes and seem unplayable, as far
as I can tell.

Hopefully, they can tell us how to re-download the tracks.
