Announcing a new Meetup for The South Bay Childfree Club!

What: Picnic the Park

When: May 31, 2009 11:00 AM

Price: $1.00 per person

Meetup Description: We're meeting on a Sunday morning this time, for a little boating followed by a picnic. The weather should be gorgeous by the end of May.

We'll first meet at the Shoreline Lake Aquatic Center at 11:00 am where we will rent our boats. You can take your pick from pedalboats, rowboats, canoes and kayaks - the choice is up to you. These can be rented hourly or for half a day. Here's a link to the Shoreline Lake Aquatic Center, you can check out the rates for the various rentals here:

We'll do a picnic lunch afterwards afterwards (around 12:30 pm) in the park. Please bring some food to share and something to sit on. Shoreline park does permit beer and wine.

If you plan to join us just for the picnic, then come by around 12:30 pm - we should be done with our aquatic adventures by then :-)

The cost for attending this meetup is $1 per person. Please pay by PayPal at the time of RSVPing.
