I bet he was surprised!!!  I'm glad Anne was there for you.  You're
having the water checked at the new house?  Yeah, I wish I was there to
help you.  Can Marnie help?  What will you be throwing away.  I hope Dad
is getting rid of all his car junk, so you don't have to deal with it.
So, you'll have the new house painted?  Yes, definitely have it painted
by someone else.  You have enough to deal with.  When is your closing
date?  You could have someone else added to the mortgage loan.  There
may be advantages and disadvantages to that.  Also, you could go over
and update your wills.  As you know, my concern is if something happens
to Dad, what happens to the mortgage loan?  Is there some kind of
safeguard to be sure that you can stay there as long as you want.

I spoke to Tony in person and he seem surprised we were buying.  Anne
Marie was here to give me moral support.  We are having the water
checked today.

He will be advertising the rent so I will have to do major weeding out
and cleaning.  Wish you were here.

I want to have the house painted by a professional and dad just want to
spray paint it after I mask it- Oh NO!!

What about someone else is added as owner if something happens to
us?
