Meetup Description

This is the third Mixer Movie Night and we'll also have a group Indian cuisine-cooking session.

Part One: 6:00 pm
We're going to join forces to make home made Indian cuisine and mingle with like-minded folks for an hour or so. This is a chance to cook a vegan meal together, chat and compare notes with others who might share a similar story to yours. You can either participate in the cooking or just observe.

What to bring: a vegan drink and/or a couple of ingredients from one the following:

Palak "Paneer" with Tofu
Masala Lentil Dhal
Vegan Curried Rice
Vegan Samosas (very yummy, but involved), or Pakora (still yummy and easier)
Home Made Whole Wheat Naan

Please let me know what you'd like to bring so we don't have too much duplication.

Part Two: 8:00 pm (ish)
After our dinner, we will watch a screening of Slumdog Millionaire projected onto a movie screen in the living room. There is seating for around 20.
