I don't know why he's complaining about losing money in property.
Everybody's losing money in property.  (There's a house around the corner
here that was bought for 1.2 million a couple of years ago.  Now it's
being sold for $650.  What a country.)

Interesting that Jim was funding Cory's lifestyle.  I guess he fell into
the [mistaken] belief that property always rises in value.  It'd be better
if one stops thinking about property being an investment (or asset)
rather than just another place to live.
