Erik Marcus is the publisher of Vegan.com, and the author of the just-published: The Ultimate Vegan Guide. He is also the author of Meat Market: Animals, Ethics, & Money, and Vegan: The New Ethics of Eating. He blogs daily and podcasts occasionally at Vegan.com, and is a graduate of Columbia University and UC-Santa Cruz.
