You could sell it on eBay. But, I bet nobody wants it since everybody's
using the federal Cash for Clunkers thing and they now all have new cars ;-).

Yes, but it ran out of money once already. It may not get fully funded.
So, if you want to use this tax deduction, I would recommend doing it
sooner rather than later.
...or, forget about it all together...
