Re: bathtub faucet leak



A plumber came by and fixed the drain (not the leak).  He charged $133.50.  I'll put the receipt near the phone.  You can pick it up next time you're here.

The plumber said that the leak fix would be costly because the entire fixture would need to be replaced.  Also, he said that the pipe trap will need to be replaced within a year.  I imagine that you'd probably want to do both jobs at once since both would involve tearing up the wall and possibly pulling apart the wooden closet.
