robertb, The new software is proving remarkably resistant to resolution of the PM issues expressed in the Update thread, and unfortunately it appears that the only solution is to completely erase the PM database and start over. It is appreciated that this will be difficult for some, as they have come to rely on the system in this area as far as some records go. After considerable reflection we have decided to start over, since we cannot continue this way unfortunately. Accordingly, on November 27th we will be resetting the Conversations database, which will result in the loss of all conversations to that date. We hope that this will resolve the problems we have been experiencing and regret any problems that this might create for members. Those wishing to save important PM's (conversations) will have to copy / paste them on their own computers as desired... as there is no download capability in the new software.
