HR question



I'm not sure if I did this Stay Fit Reimbursement thing correctly.

Two things:

1) When I added my wife to my gym membership, although I paid for it, she is not part of a family membership.  I am the main "owner" of the membership, but it seems like a separate membership.  Will this be OK for reimbursement?  Or do I need to change the membership to be specifically a "family membership plan"?
2) If I do keep the separate membership as-is in #1 above, do I need to pay my full year's gym membership in order to get the reimbursement for both of our gym memberships?
