It only says "Welcome to the Roku Digital Video Player" and the button to
begin setting up the player.  The next page has only "wireless", "wired",
or "back".  So, there is no access to the Settings.  As said before,
clicking "wireless" always has an empty screen.

This has worked fine for the last 1 year and 1 month.  It only stopped
working this last week.
