Ernestine is out on vacation today.  (And Monday, the bank is closed.)

I dropped off some paperwork she needed us to sign for her for when she
gets back on Tuesday.  I think it included the appraisal stuff.

I think she may already have the contract, but, when Noelle and I looked
over some of the paperwork last night, it looked liked some of it was
wrong (the names, in particular).  I hope we can get it straightened out
on Tuesday.  (We hope to meet with her on Tuesday afternoon after Tuesday
morning's home inspection is finished.)

If the title report was included in the email that Sandy sent, then
Ernestine already has it.  (We forwarded the emails.)  I suspect she
already has it because it listed Chicago Title Company at its previously N
First St. location.
