Hi Robert,
I don't think you should have 4 Cashier's Checks sitting around for a week. Is your money easily accessible right now in cash form? If it is, then you really don't need to get the Cashier's Checks (payable to the Title Company) until the day after you go to sign-off which is when you will know exactly how much money you need. Your Lender should have given you an estimate of your closing costs, but the amount may not be exact until you sign the papers.
If your money is not easily accessible right now, then let's discuss over the phone.

It would have to be multiple cashier's checks, from my 4 banks.

I'm going to go with the cashier's check concept until there's a
compelling reason to wire the money.
