problems Venting issues with gas heater Cracks in masonry, various holes that need
to be patched on outside Tub surface(and faucet dripping) Get foundation bolted (eventually) Old electric wiring that was left after
upgrade Let us know which electricians and
plumbers you recommend The home inspector was very thorough, as
you can see in the report. We aren’t going to repair everything right
now. We are getting the flat part of the roof
