I got the voicemail from Ernestine and talked with her.  Everything Sandy
said below is correct.

Also, she had a bit of trouble determining where we live, but got an
address from your W-2 from .  She thinks it was the 
address.  She needed this for the letter she sent to Alfredo for rent
verification.  (She says that there's no time constraint for this yet as
long as it's before the 17th.)
