Thank you for the contingency removal, the seller is pleased. I will have Dolora Hahn look over the file for any missing items.

I attached the acknowledged Contingency Removal and I will inform the back up offer that this transaction will close. The seller will be out by Thursday March 11 and will have a cleaning service in the home Friday March 12 so the buyers can move in to a clean home. The key will remain in the keysafe until you remove it after COE and give it to the buyers, all remaining keys etc... will be left in the kitchen for the buyers.
