OK, talked with Discount Fumigation.  Here's the deal.

 1) ABLE Exterminators only does the inspections and repairs.  Discount
    Fumigation only does the fumigation part.
 2) They made a mistake and will not be doing the garage.  (Monique was
    going to call me about that, but I called her first.)  There's no need
    for neighbor's permission.
 3) The garage will be inspected separately by ABLE.
 4) If we check the "prep work" checkmark on the paperwork, Discount
    Fumigators will do all the preparation.  Monique thinks it will be
    $150 (which is the minimum).  My inclination is to let them do it
    since I still have more money than time.  (Think we should ask Roger
    if he wants to be paid instead?)
