RE: Access for Inspector (to Noelle)

Hi Noelle,

Funding occurred this afternoon, and the Deed will be recorded tomorrow morning at the County Recorder's Office in where-I-live.  We'll get confirmation of the recording around 1 or 1:30 p.m. .... or maybe a little earlier than that.

Phil will be at the house sometime in the morning to take out everything that was left in the garage. He's leaving one of the doors to the garage unlocked for the termite inspector. He said he would leave the lawn blower in the middle of the garage.  (I was under the impression that the garage would be empty by 1:00 p.m.) The Inspector will be there at 1 p.m. Is that O.K. with you?
